欢迎使用 Wevenot。在购买或使用本软件前，请仔细阅读以下条款。购买或使用 Wevenot 即表示您同意本协议的全部内容。
Welcome to Wevenot. Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing or using this software. By purchasing or using Wevenot, you agree to all terms in this agreement.
1. 产品定义与授权范围 / Product Definition & License Scope
Wevenot 是一款本地优先的知识管理桌面软件。通过 Mac App Store 购买后，您获得的是 Wevenot macOS 版的永久使用权，包括软件的所有本地功能及同一 App Store 账号下的后续版本更新。
Wevenot is a local-first knowledge management desktop application. Upon purchase through the Mac App Store, you receive a perpetual license to use the macOS version of Wevenot, including all local features and future updates under the same App Store account.
2. 购买价格包含的内容 / What's Included in Your Purchase
一次性支付 $39.9 USD，您将获得：
- Wevenot macOS 完整版软件永久使用权
- 全部本地功能：笔记管理、15+ 格式导入导出、知识图谱分析、8 种内容创作框架、SM-2 间隔重复系统
- 同一 Apple ID 下的未来版本更新
For a one-time payment of $39.9 USD, you receive: perpetual license to the full macOS version, all local features (note management, 15+ format import/export, knowledge graph, 8 content creation frameworks, SM-2 spaced repetition), and future updates under the same Apple ID.
3. 购买价格不包含的内容 / What's NOT Included
- AI 智能功能 — 需用户自行向第三方 AI 服务商（如 OpenAI、Anthropic 等）申请 API Key 并承担使用费用。Wevenot 仅提供接口对接能力，不代收、不中转任何 AI 服务费用。
- 云端同步功能 — 需用户自行开通腾讯云 COS 对象存储服务并承担存储及流量费用。Wevenot 仅提供同步功能代码，不提供服务器托管，不代收、不中转任何云存储费用。
The following optional features involve third-party services. Their costs are charged by the respective providers and are unrelated to Wevenot:
- AI Features — Require API keys from third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). Users bear all AI service costs directly.
- Cloud Sync — Requires a Tencent Cloud COS account. Users bear all storage and bandwidth costs directly.
4. 数据所有权与责任 / Data Ownership & Responsibility
您在 Wevenot 中创建的所有数据完全归您所有。Wevenot 采用本地优先架构，所有数据默认存储在您的设备本地。
Wevenot 不提供服务器托管服务，不存储、不传输、不访问任何用户数据。用户对自身数据的备份、安全与完整性承担全部责任。
All data you create in Wevenot belongs entirely to you. Wevenot uses a local-first architecture; all data is stored locally on your device by default. Wevenot does not provide server hosting, does not store, transmit, or access any user data. Users are fully responsible for their own data backup, security, and integrity.
5. 第三方服务免责 / Third-Party Service Disclaimer
Wevenot 支持对接第三方服务（包括但不限于 AI API 提供商和云存储服务商）。这些服务由各自提供商独立运营，Wevenot 不对以下情况承担任何责任：
- 第三方服务的可用性、稳定性或服务中断
- 第三方服务的定价变动
- 第三方服务的隐私政策与数据处理方式
- 因第三方服务导致的任何数据损失或安全问题
Wevenot integrates with third-party services (including but not limited to AI API providers and cloud storage providers). These services are independently operated. Wevenot assumes no responsibility for their availability, pricing changes, privacy practices, or any resulting data loss.
6. 售后与技术支持 / After-Sales & Support
Wevenot 为独立开发者产品。我们通过邮件提供有限的技术支持，但不承诺以下内容：
- 7×24 小时实时客服
- 对第三方服务配置的技术支持
- 因用户自身操作不当导致的数据恢复

Wevenot is an independent developer product. We provide limited technical support via email but do not guarantee 24/7 customer service, support for third-party service configuration, or data recovery due to user error.
7. 退款政策 / Refund Policy
Wevenot 通过 Mac App Store 销售，退款事宜遵循 Apple 的退款政策。如需退款，请直接联系 Apple 支持或通过 reportaproblem.apple.com 提交申请。
Wevenot is sold through the Mac App Store. Refund requests are handled according to Apple's refund policy. Please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
8. 知识产权 / Intellectual Property
Wevenot 软件的所有知识产权归开发者所有。购买授权不包括对软件源代码的访问权、修改权或再分发权。
All intellectual property rights in Wevenot belong to the developer. Your license does not include access to source code, modification rights, or redistribution rights.
9. 免责声明 / Disclaimer
Wevenot 按"现状"提供，不作任何明示或暗示的担保，包括但不限于对适销性、特定用途适用性及不侵权的担保。在法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对因使用或无法使用本软件而产生的任何直接、间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害承担责任。
Wevenot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this software.
10. 协议变更 / Changes to This Agreement
我们保留随时修改本协议的权利。重大变更将通过应用更新或官方网站通知。继续使用本软件即表示您接受修改后的条款。
We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated through app updates or the official website. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. 适用法律 / Governing Law
本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖。因本协议引起的任何争议，双方应首先友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均可向开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court in the developer's jurisdiction.
