Wevenot is a local-first knowledge management desktop application distributed through the Mac App Store. We are committed to providing users with a private and efficient note management experience.
核心隐私承诺 / Core Privacy Commitments

本地数据存储 / Local Data Storage
您在 Wevenot 中创建的所有笔记、文档和数据完全存储在您的 Mac 本地 SQLite 数据库中。Wevenot 不会在未经您主动配置的情况下将任何数据上传到任何服务器。
All notes, documents, and data you create are stored entirely in a local SQLite database on your Mac. Wevenot will not upload any data to any server without your explicit configuration.
可选的云端同步功能 / Optional Cloud Sync
Wevenot 提供可选的腾讯云 COS 对象存储同步功能。此功能完全由用户自行选择是否启用：
- 用户自行开通：您需要自己注册腾讯云账号并开通 COS 服务
- 用户自行配置：您需要在 Wevenot 设置中填入您自己的 COS 密钥
- 用户自行承担费用：COS 存储及流量费用由腾讯云直接向您收取
- 数据直连：同步数据直接在您的设备与您自己的 COS 存储桶之间传输，不经过 Wevenot 的任何中间服务器
The optional Tencent Cloud COS sync feature is entirely user-controlled. You register your own COS account, configure your own credentials, and bear all costs directly. Data transfers occur directly between your device and your COS bucket — no Wevenot intermediary servers are involved.
可选的 AI 功能 / Optional AI Features
Wevenot 支持对接第三方 AI 服务（如 OpenAI、Anthropic 等）。使用此功能时：
- 您需要自行向 AI 服务商申请 API Key
- API Key 存储在您的本地设备上，Wevenot 不会将其传输给除您选定的 AI 服务商之外的任何方
- 当您使用 AI 功能时，相关文本内容将发送至您选定的 AI 服务商进行处理，该传输受 AI 服务商的隐私政策约束
- Wevenot 不对 AI 服务商的数据处理方式承担责任
When using optional AI features, your API key is stored locally. Text content is sent directly to your chosen AI provider for processing, subject to their privacy policy. Wevenot does not transmit your API key or data to any other party.
Apple App Store / Apple App Store
Wevenot 通过 Mac App Store 分发和销售。购买交易由 Apple 处理，受 Apple 的隐私政策约束。Wevenot 无法获取您的支付信息。
Wevenot is distributed through the Mac App Store. Purchase transactions are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. Wevenot has no access to your payment information.
数据安全 / Data Security
由于 Wevenot 是本地优先架构，您的数据安全取决于您自身设备的安全措施。我们建议：
- 定期备份您的数据
- 使用 macOS 内置的 FileVault 磁盘加密
- 设置设备密码保护
- 如使用云同步，妥善保管您的腾讯云 COS 密钥
- 如使用 AI 功能，妥善保管您的 API Key
Since Wevenot is local-first, your data security depends on your own device security measures. We recommend regular backups, FileVault encryption, device passwords, and safeguarding your COS and AI API credentials.
儿童隐私 / Children's Privacy
Wevenot 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
Wevenot is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
隐私政策变更 / Changes to This Policy
我们可能会不时更新此隐私政策。重大变更将通过应用更新或官方网站通知。
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through app updates or our official website.
